  • Condition: Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. Products that show signs of wear or are returned without original tags will not be accepted.

  • Your Order Number.

  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • For exchanges, please mention the new size or color you prefer (subject to stock availability).

3. Shipping & Logistics

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Kareem.pk will bear the full cost of return shipping. Please notify us immediately upon discovery of the issue.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

  • Approval: We will notify you via WhatsApp or Email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payment: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back via your original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative (e.g., Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
